The IDPI system transfers production data directly to each machine. Workers simply select the task on the screen and follow instructions, ensuring precise and accurate panel cutting without extra effort.
After cutting, each panel receives a label with a QR code. This QR code is scanned in the next steps, streamlining production and maintaining data accuracy throughout the process.

Step 3,4: Intelligent Drilling, Smart Sorting & Inspecting
At PA, workers simply scan the QR code on each panel. The IDPI system then guides the machine to drill precise holes automatically. If the panel size or placement is incorrect, the system alerts the worker to prevent errors.
Our intelligent sorting system tracks and verifies every piece, ensuring no parts are missing. This quality control step guarantees complete and accurate orders, preventing delays during installation.

Step 5,6: Quality Inspection Procedure, Packing
After Smart Sorting, experienced inspectors verify panel measurements, edge banding, colors, and drill positions to ensure accuracy. Items are cleaned and vacuumed to keep them dust-free before packing, minimizing errors for clients.
Using the IDPI system, each panel’s QR code is scanned to confirm correct quantities and match orders precisely. This process prevents missing or mixed-up panels, guaranteeing clients receive the exact products they ordered.

Step 7,8: Warehouse Storage, Hardware Sorting System
PA HOME uses the IDPI system to manage inventory efficiently. Warehouse staff scan QR codes on packages to verify quantities and track locations, preventing missing items and ensuring accurate deliveries. Packages are labeled clearly and prepared for smooth loading.
Workers scan QR codes to view hardware types and quantities. The system highlights items for picking, followed by a final scan and photo verification. This process, fully integrated with ERP, guarantees precise tracking with no errors or manual interference.
