How to Register for the 139th Canton Fair?
To help ensure your smooth participation, we’ve compiled a registration guide for the 139th Canton Fair. All offline attendees are required to complete pre-registration in advance, and we recommend registering as early as possible.
Overseas Buyers (International Buyers)
If you are a buyer from overseas (including Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan), please follow the steps below:
- Pre-registration Period
Pre-registration opened on February 14, 2026, and it is recommended to complete registration before the exhibition starts. - Registration Channels
- Canton Fair App: Download the official app and access the pre-registration entrance on the homepage.
- Online System: Log in to the Canton Fair “Overseas Buyer Service System” (https://buyer-h5.cantonfair.org.cn/) for registration.
- Required Materials
- Personal photo (recent passport-style, white or blue background)
- Valid passport or other identification documents
- Company information and business card
- Invitation Letter & Visa
If you need a visa to China, you can apply for an official invitation letter during registration. Returning buyers can apply directly after logging into the system, while new buyers can apply when obtaining their buyer badge. The system will automatically generate an electronic invitation letter for download and printing.
Domestic Buyers (Mainland China Buyers)
If you are a buyer from mainland China (wholesalers, retailers, manufacturers, e-commerce businesses, etc.), please note the following requirements:
- Eligibility for Participation
Your business should have an annual revenue of at least 50 million RMB, and your business scope should match the exhibition areas at the Canton Fair. - Registration Process
The 139th Canton Fair implements “total control and targeted invitations.” You must first contact the trade delegation in your business location (such as the municipal commerce bureau), submit the application form, business license, tax certificate, and other materials. After approval, you will receive an invitation code and complete registration online with the invitation code. - Badge Fees
- Free Badge: Available only for high-quality businesses with an annual revenue of over 200 million RMB.
- Paid Badge: The fee is 300 RMB per person per day, plus a 50 RMB processing fee for each badge.
Important Reminder: The number of domestic buyers is limited, so please contact your local trade delegation for early registration.
Exhibitors
If you wish to participate as an exhibitor at the Canton Fair export exhibition, please note that the application for exhibition booths has already closed. The application deadline for the 139th Canton Fair export exhibition was December 5, 2025. To participate in the next exhibition, please keep an eye on the Canton Fair official website’s “Exhibitor Easy Access” system (https://exhibitor.cantonfair.org.cn/), which typically starts booth applications around six months before each exhibition.
